Yes. On the Assets page, click Bulk Upload, download the template, fill in your assets (one per row), and upload it back. Scanlog validates every row and automatically creates any categories or locations that don't exist yet. After the import you'll see exactly which rows succeeded and which had errors so you can fix and re-upload just the failed ones.
